Well, let me start out by apologizing for the EXTREMELY long amount of time since I have updated my blog. I hate how busy life can get and I hate that I don't have a very strict routine yet. I have so much to say, that I don't even know WHAT to say. I guess I will give a grade update. My second round of tests went as follows: Health-86, 84; Math-74; Sociology-97; Poly Sci-87; Music-97. My midterm GPR was a 3.6! HURRAY! Hopefully I can maintain that. I can hopefully keep a B in math and health, and raise my Poly Sci to an A, so it will be the same at finals. :) School is crazy, but this week I get a week off of tests and all the studying that goes along with it, so it's aweseome!
This past weekend was the Grace Bible Church EXTREME Retreat! I had SO much fun! It was so nice to be able to relax and not worry about ANYTHING whatsoever and just focus on the Lord. I got super close to my Doulos leaders and a few others, and I am still in awe of how God has blessed my life so far in college. I feel like I'm getting to know people so much more and I actually WANT to go to church and see everyone! PTL! Saturday night was the most fun. I can't go into too much detail, because there is SO much, but it involved potatoes, running through fire, worshipping while watching shooting stars, meeting some people of the opposite sex(FINALLY), and doing cheerleading stunts!
To wrap things up, this week is my birthday week. I love being able to be stress free for a while, especially when it's my birthday! Thank the Lord, because as far as I'm concerned, I deserve it! My Doulos group carved pumpkins last night and it was SO much fun, especially since they threw me a surprise birthday party! :D I love it, because I'm already having a good birthday, and my birthday isn't for three days! I love cold weather, good friends, good moods, and feeling beyond blessed. Praise Him!
